    Artichoke and Spinach Dip

    This dipping sauce is perfect for a snack and makes a great side dish. You'll be wanting more of this Artichoke and Spinach Dip because its just so good.

    Ingredients

    • 1 (12-ounce) package SeaPak Shrimp Scampi - Butter and Garlic, frozen
    • 1 can (8.5 ounces) artichokes, quartered and well drained
    • 1 (9 ounce) carton spinach, frozen
    • 1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
    • 2 - 4 tablespoons sour cream
    • 3 tablespoons bacon crumbles (pre-cooked)
    • 1 cup Parmesean cheese
    • Crackers

    Instructions

    1. Defrost spinach in microwave according to package directions and drain well.
       
    2. Heat large skillet for 1 minute on medium high.
       
    3. Add shrimp and saute for or 7 minutes.
       
    4. Add artichokes, spinach, bread crumbs, sour cream, bacon crumbles and cheese to the skillet with shrimp.
       
    5. Stir well to incorporate all ingredients.
       
    6. Cook an additional 3 minutes, or until cheese is melted and shrimp is fully cooked.
       
    7. Pour mixture into serving dish and serve with crackers
